Twin sirloin medallions marinated and char grilled to perfection, served broccoli hollandaise and a bacon cheddar twice baked potato

Boneless chicken breast pan seared and served over mashed potatoes in an apple cider au jus, finished with an apple and candied allspice walnut conserve

Nacho Chicken & Pasta
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with chorizo sausage, sweet corn, peppers, onions and garlic in a nacho cheese alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Bacon Tomato Basil Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with hickory bacon, grape tomatoes, fresh basil and spinach in an asiago cream sauce, served over rice  

Butter Basted Shrimp
Jumbo butter basted shrimp with wilted spinach, garlic and onions served over leek mashed potatoes and finished with crispy fried onions
 
Sesame Crusted Tuna
Sushi grade tuna pan seared to order with a sesame seed crust, served with pesto mashed potatoes and a yin yang of spicy orange sriracha sauce and ginger soy glaze

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
