Dinner Features December 28th, 2017

                        Char Grilled Stockyard                                                                                       

Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, with a loaded baked potato, asparagus hollandaise and house made steak sauce  



Buffalo Chicken Stack 

Seasoned boneless breaded chicken breast layered with crisp lettuce and tomato over blue cheese mashed potatoes all with a ranch and wing sauce drizzle    



Sesame Chicken Stir Fry     

Tender tempura battered boneless chicken breast strips tossed with garlic, honey and sesame sauce with white steamed rice and broccoli with a side of egg roll    



Bacon Asparagus Scallops  

Pan seared deep sea scallops tossed with artichokes, spinach and bacon in an asiago cream sauce then finished with goat cheese



                        Shrimp Gumbo                                                                   

Pan seared Jumbo shrimp tossed with garlic, tomatoes, bell peppers and onions in a spicy hearty red wine tomato sauce over rice  

 


Marinated and grilled Blue Marlin over mashed potatoes and topped with sautéed spinach, garlic, onions and kalamata olives in a white wine lemon butter sauce   


                       Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                            

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
