Dinner Features December 14th, 2017

                       Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak                                                                                
                                Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to                                    perfection, served with mashed potatoes with a mushroom gravy, vegetable                              medley then finished with crispy onions




Pan seared boneless chicken breast strips tossed with garlic, onions, peppers, mushrooms and broccoli in a honey sriracha sauce over white rice



Country Chicken     

Buttermilk fried boneless chicken breast over mashed potatoes and red bean gravy with a crispy cracker topping   



                        Scallops& Crab Primavera  

Deep sea scallops pan seared then tossed with crab, mushrooms, onions, peppers and scallions in a lemon white wine butter sauce over pasta    



Bacon Tomato Shrimp 

Jumbo shrimp pan seared then tossed with garlic, spinach, onions, bacon and grape tomatoes in an asiago cream sauce over pasta  

 


Pan seared potato chip crusted salmon over pesto mashed and asparagus then finished with a chipotle aioli


                       Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                       

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
