Rosemary Apple Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with apples, artichoke hearts, scallions and fresh rosemary in a sherry cream sauce, served over pasta  

Chicken Carouso
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with ham, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and scallions in a garlic basil marinara sauce, served over pasta  

Montreal Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with a burgundy mushroom onion sauce and melted aged goat cheese, served with a twice baked potato

Chipotle Barbeque Meatloaf Melt
Our homemade meatloaf presented on grilled sourdough, topped with cheddar cheese, Portobello mushrooms and chipotle barbeque sauce, served with beer battered fries

Shrimp ala Romano
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, broccoli, artichoke hearts and olives in a light alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta  
 
Garlic Seafood
Fresh scallops, salmon, ahi tuna and surimi crabmeat sautéed with peppers and onions in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi pan seared and topped with a balsamic tomato onion chutney, served over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
