Dinner Features December 19

Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with sautéed mushrooms, onion and melted asiago cheese, served with a twice baked potato

Homemade Meatloaf with Wild Mushrooms
Our homemade meatloaf smothered with a wild mushroom marsala sauce, served with crispy seasoned potato wedges

Scallops Angelina
Deep sea scallops broiled with garlic, tomatoes and Marsala wine topped with mozzarella cheese and served with a side of rice 

Shrimp du Chef
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with Portobello mushrooms, zucchini and fresh spinach in a roasted red pepper asiago cream sauce, tossed with pasta  
 
Fresh salmon, ahi tuna, chopped clams and surimi crabmeat sautéed in a spicy wine sauce with tomatoes, peppers and onions, served over rice

Herb Crust Mahi Mahi
Fresh herb crusted mahi mahi pan seared in lemon and sherry, topped with walnut butter and finished with a tomato onion balsamic glaze, served with fresh asparagus spears and rice pilaf  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
