Dinner Features December 26

Montréal Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montreal seasonings, topped with a balsamic mushroom tomato onion sauce and served with a twice baked potato  

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in an herb crust and topped with a rosemary apple cream sauce, served with a side of rice pilaf   

Chicken Portobello
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Portobello mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a garlic marsala demi-glace, served with rice pilaf  

Scallops Primavera
Deep sea scallops sautéed with mixed garden vegetables in a garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese  

Shrimp Alfredo
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh spinach, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a light Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta  
 
Seafood Fra Diavolo
Fresh salmon, ahi tuna and surimi crabmeat sautéed with jalapeños, tomatoes, onions and peppers in a garlic white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Salmon French
Fresh salmon filet dipped in a light egg batter and sautéed in a lemon sherry wine sauce with fresh broccoli, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
