Boneless chicken breast strips pan seared in a garlic crust with onions, button, Portobello and shiitake mushrooms in an asiago cream sauce, served over rice and finished with an oyster cracker topping 

Buffalo Chicken Stack
Buttermilk breaded chicken breast layered with crisp lettuce and vine ripe tomatoes served over bleu cheese mashed potatoes, finished with crispy fried onions and a ranch drizzle

Grilled Stockyard Maison
10oz Angus Reserve Stockyard Sirloin Steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with a bacon onion barbeque steak sauce and served with mashed potatoes with mushroom demi-glace and a vegetable medley 

Scallops Artichoke Bruschetta
Deep sea scallops pan seared with artichokes, onions and tomatoes, in a garlic butter sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese 

Pepper Shrimp Primavera
Jumbo shrimp pan roasted with mushrooms, bell peppers, onions and garlic in a sherry lemon butter sauce, served over pasta  

Fresh salmon filet pan seared and topped with bĂ©arnaise sauce and a crab bundle, served over pesto mashed potatoes and asparagus spears 

Sesame Tuna
Fresh ahi grade tuna steak pan seared to order with a sesame crust, served with a soy glaze, chilled noodle salad and cinnamon won ton curls 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
