Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak 
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with an apple cinnamon horseradish sauce, a baked sweet potato and mixed vegetables

Chicken Mirabella
Boneless chicken breast pan seared and served over mashed sweet potatoes in a bacon apple cider grape demi-glace, finished with candied allspice walnuts

Buffalo Macaroni Salad Plate
Buttermilk fried chicken strips served over garlic parmesan macaroni salad, finished with mild wing sauce, a ranch drizzle and crispy onions

Scallops Florentine
Deep sea scallops pan seared and served over baked creamy spinach pasta with asiago cheese, served with toasted pita bread   

Shrimp Gumbo Blanco
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with sausage, peppers and onions in a spicy sriracha white sauce, served over rice
 
Jerk Blackened Tuna
Sushi grade tuna pan seared to order with blackening spices, served over island jerk fried rice and finished with a fresh pineapple salsa and sriracha aioli  

Lemon Caper Striped Bass
Fresh striped bass pan seared and finished with a lemon caper sauce, served over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
