Mirabella Chicken        

Pan seared chicken breast over mashed potatoes and asparagus then finished with bacon and an apple cider demi glaze 



Red Hot Burrito                                                                                     

             Extra large flour tortilla stuffed with buffalo wing shredded chicken, peppers                    and onions over rice and beans finished with a siracha nacho cheese sauce                     
            Grilled Stockyard Sirloin                                                                                  

Seasoned and grilled 10oz Angus Reserve Stockyard Sirloin Steak served with mashed potatoes with mushroom cream gravy and broccoli then finished with tobacco onions            



            Spinach Bacon Tomato Scallops                                                                         

Pan seared scallops tossed with spinach. Onions, grape tomatoes and bacon in a white wine butter sauce over pasta



Pepper Shrimp Stir Fry                                                     

Pan seared sriracha marinated jumbo shrimp tossed with garlic, onion and peppers in a sweet and spicy sauce over chorizo sausage infused yellow rice

 

Onion Potato Salmon   

Pan-seared potato chip and onion crusted salmon over hodge-podge potatoes and asparagus and topped with a French onions aioli

Tender shredded beef short ribs layered with cheese stuffing, mushrooms and beef short ribs in a hearty demi glaze and asparagus then finished with fresh shredded saganaki cheese

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
