Dinner Features December 15th, 2017


Grilled Stockyard Sirloin                                        

Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection with mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetable medley and topped with a blue cheese hollandaise sauce




Herb marinated chicken breast stuffed with spinach, tomato, bacon and goat cheese over mashed potatoes and a pool of supreme sauce



Mushroom Rosemary Chicken                                     

Pan seared chicken breast strips tossed in garlic, onion and a trio of mushrooms in a rosemary cream sauce over rice



Jerked Scallops                                                                                      

Deep sea scallops jerked and pan seared served over island fried rice and topped with a pineapple salsa



Shrimp Gumbo                                          

Pan seared jumbo tiger shrimp tossed with garlic, onions and peppers in a spicy tomato sauce over white steamed rice



Blackened Salmon                                      

Pan seared salmon over mashed potatoes and served in a pool of cream corn and topped with crispy onions                       

                      
                       Fresh Broiled Haddock                                          

            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter



           Fish Fry                                                                                  
                        Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
