Dinner Features December 8th, 2018


Grilled Stockyard Sirloin                                    

Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection with mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetable medley and homemade steak sauce




Blackened boneless chicken breast strips pan seared served over pasta then finished with corn, onions, bacon and peppers in a cajun nacho cheese alfredo sauce over pasta



Chicken & Biscuits        

Tender fried chicken breast over mashed potatoes, house made biscuit and finished with sausage gravy and crispy onion straws 



Sweet Potato Scallops                                                       

Deep sea scallops pan seared then tossed with onions and red peppers in a sweet potato alfredo sauce over pasta



Sriracha Shrimp Gumbo                                     

Sriracha marinated jumbo tiger shrimp tossed with onions, chorizo sausage and peppers in a hearty tomato sauce over white rice



Lemon Caper Striped Bass                                               

Pan seared flour dusted striped bass over garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus then finished with a lemon caper butter sauce   



Sesame Crusted Tuna                                        

Sesame seed crusted tuna served in a pool of ginger soy glaze, chilled noodle salad & stir fry vegetables

            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter



           Fish Fry                                                                         

            Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
