Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with A1® mushrooms and onions, served with broccoli hollandaise and goat cheese mashed potatoes

Hodge Podge Chicken
Boneless buttermilk fried chicken breast presented over mashed potatoes and finished with a hodge podge gravy with carrots, celery and onions   

Sesame Chicken
Boneless chicken breast strips in a crisp tempura batter tossed in a sweet and spicy sesame sauce with broccoli, served with fried rice

Scallops Bruschetta
Deep sea scallops pan seared with grape tomatoes, onions, garlic and fresh basil in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta     

Shrimp Grecco
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with bacon, spinach, onions and garlic in a creamy alfredo, served over pasta and finished with goat cheese    
 
Blackened Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with blackening spices and finished with a French remoulade and crispy onions, served with pesto mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
