Dinner Features December 7th, 2017


Grilled Stockyard Sirloin                                                       

Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection with mashed sweet potato, vegetable medley and homemade steak sauce




Boneless chicken breast strips pan seared with broccoli, mushrooms, onions and peppers in a brown garlic sauce, served over rice



Fungi Chicken & Rice             

Pan seared garlic toasted chicken with button, shitake and portabella mushrooms over ice then finished with an oyster cracker topping  



Scallops Bacon Bruschetta                                          

Deep sea scallops pan seared then tossed with onions, garlic and tomatoes in a white wine butter sauce over pasta



Shrimp Florentine                                               

Pan seared jumbo tiger shrimp with onions, bacon, artichokes and spinach in an asiago cream sauce over pasta



Lemon Caper Striped Bass                                   

Pan seared striped bass over mashed potatoes and asparagus then finished with a lemon caper butter sauce   



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                 

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
