Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with a compound butter and served with asparagus spears and a loaded baked potato

Deep sea scallops pan seared and served over baked creamy spinach pasta with asiago cheese and toasted pita bread

Jumbo shrimp pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, onions and peppers in a lemon white wine butter sauce, served over pasta
 
Fresh salmon, tuna and haddock sautéed with peppers and onions in a hearty tomato sauce, served over white rice
