Montréal Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Angus Reserve Stockyard Sirloin Steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with a sautéed mushroom onion steak sauce and finished with melted asiago cheese, served with a twice baked potato              

Chipotle Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh spinach, sun dried tomatoes, peppers and onions in a chipotle asiago sauce, served over pasta   

Chicken Portobello
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Portobello mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a garlic Marsala demi-glace served with rice pilaf 

Mixed Seafood Grille
A petite order of salmon French paired with Cajun broiled haddock topped with a creole sauce, served with rice   

Sesame Scallops & Crabmeat
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, yellow squash, red bell peppers and onions in a sweet and sour sesame sauce, served over rice

Shrimp Dijon
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, zucchini and cherry tomatoes in a sherry Dijon cream sauce, served over rice  

Pan Seared Jerk Striped Bass
Fresh striped bass pan seared with a jerk crust in lemon and sherry, topped with a leek apple onion relish and presented over asparagus spears with a side of rice  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
