Sesame Chicken
Boneless chicken breast with a crisp tempura batter tossed in a soy orange sauce, served over vegetable fried rice with steamed broccoli

Lemon Caper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a panko crust, presented over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears and finished with a lemon caper butter sauce  

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Au Glaze
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with an au glaze sauce and served with a salt crusted baked potato and broccoli

Tomato Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp pan seared and tossed with tomatoes, onions, parsley and garlic in a creamy Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Jerked Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan roasted with jerk spices, served with pineapple raisin island rice and pesto aioli

 Wonton Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a wonton crust, presented over Asian cole slaw and served with a soy glazed noodle salad

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
