Pesto & Red Pepper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, onions and apples in a white wine pesto sauce, served over pasta   

Chicken Lambrusco
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with ham, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and fresh spinach in a garlic lemon Lambrusco wine sauce, served over pasta   

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, presented over garlic bread and served with a tomato onion basil relish and a side of bacon avocado macaroni salad

Scallops Scampi
Deep sea scallops sautéed with zucchini, tomatoes and scallions in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese   

Stuffed Arctic Char
Arctic Char is is a cold-water fish in the family Salmonidae, very similar to salmon, but with a more delicate texture and clean, mild flavor. Tonight we are preparing broiled arctic char stuffed with surimi crabmeat, spinach, feta cheese and sun dried tomatoes presented over asparagus spears and topped with a fresh mango salsa, served with a side of rice pilaf

Wild Mushroom Rosemary Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with shiitake, button and portobello mushrooms with fresh rosemary and spinach in a garlic sherry cream sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
