Dinner Features May 17


Berry Salad
Fresh strawberries and blueberries tossed with mixed greens in raspberry vinaigrette dressing, topped with crumbly bleu cheese and candies walnuts 

Pepper Broccoli Chicken
Boneless chicken breast stir fried with peppers, onions and broccoli in a sweet teriyaki sauce, served over white steamed rice    

Mesquite Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak mesquite marinated and char grilled to perfection, served with a house made mustard macaroni salad and asparagus spears

Salmon Cake
A Fresh Atlantic salmon cake presented over grilled summer squash, zucchini, red onion and bell peppers topped with dressed mixed greens

Vidalia Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with an onion crust and served over mashed potatoes with fresh steamed broccoli and cajun mayonnaise  

Scallops & Crab
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat pan roasted with bacon, spinach, onion and artichokes in a lemon scented cream sauce, served over pasta

Cajun Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp rubbed with Cajun spices and sautéed with peppers, onions, scallions and tomatoes in a light Cajun tomato sauce, served over white rice   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
