Dinner Features May 10


Chicken Fried Chicken Steak
Country fried chicken steak served over black pepper mashed, topped with sausage gravy and crispy onions

Broccoli and Pepper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with broccoli, peppers and onions in a garlic soy sauce, served over stir fried rice        

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with a smoky bacon steak sauce, served with a loaded baked potato and buttered broccoli

Shrimp Primavera
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with zucchini, yellow squash, carrots and red onion in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta

Scallops Florentine
Deep sea scallops pan seared and baked in a creamy spinach and artichoke sauce, finished with gruyere cheese   

Blackened Arctic Char
Arctic Char is is a cold-water fish in the family Salmonidae, very similar to salmon, but with a more delicate texture and clean, mild flavor. Tonight we are preparing blackened arctic char presented on a bed of carrot mashed with julienned squash and honey carrots in a sweet teriyaki sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
