Dinner Features May 2


Chicken Piccata
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh spinach, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and capers in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese  

South of the Border Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, ham, tomatoes, diced onions and peppers in a garlic lemon chili sauce, served, over rice pilaf   

Char Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with a rosemary garlic dry rub, topped with a Marsala mushroom onion sauce and served with a twice baked potato

Roasted Red Pepper Basil Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, artichoke hearts and broccoli in a light basil roasted red pepper asiago cream sauce, tossed with pasta

North Bay Scallops
Deep sea scallops sautéed with portobello mushrooms, fresh spinach, tomatoes and Bermuda onion in a light white wine cream sauce, served over rice pilaf   

 Pan Seared Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and topped with a pecan goat cheese butter, served over char grilled zucchini and sweet red peppers with a side of rice pilaf  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
