Dinner features Thurs May 11th

Sesame Orange Chicken Sautéed chicken breast with zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli, oranges and sweet red peppers in a sesame white wine orange sauce over rice dusted, with sesame seeds.

Herb Crusted Chicken  Pan fried herb crusted chicken breast over cajun cheddar smashed potatoes topped with a tomato, cucumber, onion balsamic relish.        

Steak Fromage over garlic bread  Seasoned char grilled twin 3oz beef medallions topped with melted crumbled blue cheese drizzled with a marsala demi-glace, served with a twice baked potato.

Spicy Asiago Seafood Pasta Jumbo shrimp, surimi crabmeat, chopped clams  sautéed with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and chorizo in a garlic white wine  sauce over pasta topped with asiago cheese.

Scallops with Wild Mushrooms Sautéed sea scallops with portobello, button and shitake mushrooms in a sherry tarragon cream sauce over pasta. 

Char & Mahi Mixed Grilled Fresh grilled Char and Mahi over asparagus spears with a basil-caper sauce and a side of rice.  

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
