Dinner Features May 23


Coconut Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a coconut crust in a sherry wine sauce, topped with apple onion jam and served over herb rice   

Chicken du Chef
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with zucchini, shiitake mushrooms and roasted red peppers in a sherry cream sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese  

Grilled Sirloin Medallions
Twin beef sirloin medallions char grilled to perfection, topped with a barbeque mushroom onion sauce and melted mozzarella cheese, served with and bacon cheddar potato salad

Mediterranean Scallops
Deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, peppers, onions, tomatoes, olives and fresh spinach in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with aged goat cheese

Pan Seared Arctic Char
Fresh arctic char pan seared with a walnut crust and finished with a pecan goat cheese butter, served with fresh mango relish and a side of rice pilaf, presented over asparagus spears  

Summer Basil Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with portobello mushrooms, sweet red bell peppers, broccoli and artichoke hearts in a lemon garlic fresh basil sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
