Tandoori Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared and tossed in curry with onions, peppers, mushrooms and scallions served over steamed white rice with toasted flat bread

BLT Chicken
Boneless chicken breast strips in a buttermilk batter layered with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and Cajun ranch served over mashed potatoes with a sriracha dipping sauce      

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, served with vegetables, garlic parmesan frites and finished with chipotle bacon aioli

Shrimp & Chips
Crispy fried jumbo shrimp served with beer battered fries and a Cajun ranch dipping sauce

Scallops Alexander
Deep sea scallops pan roasted with surimi crabmeat, spinach, artichokes and onions in a creamy white sauce, served over pasta

Potato Crusted Arctic Char
Arctic Char pan seared with a potato crust, served over vegetable fried rice and buttered broccoli, finished with Tobasco® onions

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
