Hunan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, peppers and onions in an Asian brown sauce, served over yellow rice

Boneless chicken breast pan seared and layered with grilled vegetables, served over garlic mashed potatoes

Hickory Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve hickory marinated beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, served with a house made Nancy® Mustard macaroni salad and asparagus spears

Fresh salmon filet pan seared with blackening spices presented over buttered corn infused mashed potatoes and finished with a spicy mayonnaise gastrique
