Dinner Features Saturday 6th May


 Chicken & Rice Pan seared garlic seasoned chicken breast over a bed of white steamed rice with crumbled bacon in an egg and mushroom scallion chicken broth.    



Sanbar Chicken Exotic spice rubbed breaded chicken over vegetable fried rice with peppers, onions, mushrooms and pineapple.



Quebec Seasoned Stockyard Sirloin Steak Hickory Quebec seasoned Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak with potato puffs, topped with a chipotle aioli and fried banana peppers.



Black Pepper Floured Shrimp Pan fried Jumbo shrimp dusted in a black pepper flour, served with Sriracha honey mashed potatoes and Tabasco onions.   



Bacon Sea Scallops over Pasta Pan roasted sea scallops with bacon, onions, artichokes and spinach in a creamy blue cheese alfredo sauce over pasta.   



Char Sia Arctic Char Pan seared Arctic Char in a hickory honey bbq glaze, served with surimi crab and garlic mashed potatoes with a mandarin orange sauce.



Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
