Dinner Features May 5th, 2017


Lime Avocado Burrito                                                 

Extra large tortilla wrap stuffed with stewed spiced chicken, peppers, onions and pepper jack cheese over black bean and corn and ham fried rice.  Garnished with fresh salsa and avocado lime sour cream



Hunan Chicken                     

Sautéed chicken breast strips with peppers, onions, mushrooms and broccoli in a sweet and spicy soy glaze over white steamed rice 



Chicken Stroganoff        

Pan seared chicken tossed with button, shitake and portobello mushrooms in a rosemary cream sauce over butter egg noodles and topped with an oyster cracker topping



Grilled Strip Steak                                                                                                                                                                               

Seasoned strip steak and char grilled to perfection, paired with a loaded twice baked potato and broccoli served with a side of homemade steak sauce for dipping



Scallops and Crab                                                                                         

Deep sea scallops pan seared tossed with garlic, tomatoes, onions, basil and surimi crab in a seafood alfredo



Blackened Salmon                                                               

Pan seared blackened salmon over french onion mashed potatoes and asparagus topped with a cucumber relish



Honey Cumin Arctic Char                                                      

Pan roasted Arctic Char Fish, glazed with honey and cumin over chili mashed potatoes and asparagus



Shrimp Fra Diablo                                                                    

Sautéed jumbo shrimp with peppers, onions and tomatoes in a spicy tomato sauce over chorizo sausage infused white rice



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                       

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter



Fish Fry                                                                                           

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
