Dinner Features May 26th, 2017

Chicken Mushroom          

Sautéed chicken breast, onion, garlic, portobello/button/shitake mushrooms, in a rosemary cream sauce over white steam rice 

Chicken & Sausage Gumbo                                               

Pan seared chicken and  chorizo sausage with peppers, onions and garlic in a hearty tomato sauce over white steamed rice  


Grilled Stockyard Steak                                                             

Seasoned and grilled stockyard sirloin steak served with garlic mashed, asparagus and chipotle aioli

Scallops Greco                                                                                                          

Pan seared deep sea scallops with spinach, bacon and artichokes in an alfredo sauce over pasta  

Mussels Bruschetta                       

Pan steamed mussels with basil, garlic, sweet onions and grape tomatoes in a white wine butter sauce over pasta

Blackened Arctic Char                                                 

Blackened Arctic Char over pesto mashed potatoes served with cream corn and topped with fried tabasco onions

Grilled Swordfish                                                               

Marinated grilled swordfish over roasted bell pepper mashed potatoes, broccoli and lemon pepper drawn butter

Butter Shrimp                                                                   

Jumbo shrimp basted in seasoned butter and served with pasta Ailio then finished with parmesan cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
