Dinner Features May 22

Stuffed Chicken
Boneless chicken breast stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese paired with garlic mashed potatoes in a pool of chicken voulette  

Broccoli Pepper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast stir fried with broccoli, peppers and onions in a sweet soy glaze, served over white steamed rice

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and grilled to perfection, served with avocado macaroni salad and broccoli

Garden Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with vine ripe tomatoes, bell peppers and red onions in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta   

Potato Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a spicy potato crust, served cajun tartar and asparagus spears, presented over roasted red pepper mashed

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with garlic, onions and parsley in a white wine butter sauce served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
