Dijon Shiitake Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, apples, sweet red peppers and scallions in a Dijon sherry cream sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Sicilian Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with eggplant, mushrooms, onions, banana peppers, olives and spinach in a basil sherry wine sauce, served over pasta       

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with a tarragon onion portobello cream sauce and served with a twice baked potato

Shrimp Pesto Alfredo
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh broccoli and sun dried tomatoes tossed with pasta in a light pesto Alfredo sauce

Scallops & Tomato Verda
Deep sea scallops sautéed with tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli and braised kale in a garlic basil white wine sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese  

Jerk Island Style Pan Seared Arctic Char
Arctic Char pan seared with jerk spices and topped with a pineapple strawberry rosemary glaze, served with pecan herb rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
