Dinner Features May 20

Sambar Chicken
Sweet and spicy exotic spice rubbed chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, broccoli, bell peppers and red onions served over white rice   

Creole Chicken Mac & Cheese
Gruyere macaroni and cheese topped with Creole sautéed chicken breast, chorizo sausage, peppers and onions, finished with tumbleweed onions 

Hickory Grilled Stockyard Steak
Hickory marinated Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak grilled to perfection and finished with a house made steak sauce, served with broccoli and BLT potato salad

Caprese Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared and served over a fresh mozzarella, basil, and vine ripe tomato salad, presented on a garlic bread baguette  

Greek Grilled Marlin
Fresh blue marlin marinated and grilled, topped with a 3 olive tapenade and served over BLT potato salad

Shrimp & Clams Casino
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with littleneck clams served over a bed of clams casino inspired pasta  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
