 General Tso Chicken
Boneless chicken breast in a crisp tempura batter with sweet and spicy sauce, served over vegetable fried rice with broccoli

Blanco Limento Chicken
Boneless chicken breast strips pan seared with chorizo sausage, banana peppers, green and red bell peppers and onions in a hickory smoked Alfredo sauce served over fettuccine pasta     

Tournedos Mason
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions pan seared to order and served over a warm spinach bacon potato salad, finished with A1® onions and mushrooms

Lemon Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp pan seared and tossed with onion, lemon and garlic in a creamy white sauce, served over pasta    

Jerked Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with jerk spices and presented over island rice pilaf with candied bananas and finished with pepperoncini poppers

Salmon Arrabiata
Fresh salmon filet topped with sautéed spinach, tomatoes and artichokes in a white wine butter sauce, presented over garlic mashed potatoes

Onion Crusted Arctic Char
Arctic Char pan seared with an onion crust, served over pesto mashed potatoes and a bed of grilled vegetables

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
