Seasoned Grilled Pork Chops
Seasoned and grilled boneless pork chops served over pecan butter mashed potatoes and broccoli and finished with granny smith apples 

Broccoli Pepper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with red bell peppers, fresh steamed broccoli and onions in a lemon garlic sauce, served over rice pilaf      

Garden Chicken Salad
Boneless grilled chicken breast served over fresh romaine and tossed with a sweet onion vinaigrette, finished with grape tomatoes, green peppers, red onions and pita croutons     

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with asparagus spears, a broccoli cheddar stuffed potato and finished with an A1® mushroom onion steak sauce  

Lemon Pepper Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with lemon pepper seasonings, tossed with bacon, onions and artichokes in a creamy lemon Alfredo served over pasta

Zuppa Mussels
Pan steamed mussels with garlic, onions, tomatoes and fresh herbs in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese

Cajun Shrimp & Sausage
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with Cajun spices tossed with artichokes, peppers and onions in a light tomato pan sauce, served over rice pilaf   

3 Olive Swordfish
Fresh pan seared swordfish medallions served over roasted red pepper mashed potatoes, topped with a 3 olive compound butter and dressed with romaine        

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
