Dinner Features May 27


Bacon Ranch Chicken
Boneless chicken breast breaded and layered with bacon, tomatoes and wilted romaine, served over garlic mashed potatoes and finished with a smoky white ranch barbeque sauce    

Sesame Orange Chicken
Boneless chicken breast in a crisp tempura batter tossed in a sesame orange soy sauce, served with steamed broccoli and fried rice     

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned & char grilled to perfection, served with a cheddar broccoli stuffed potato and asparagus hollandaise

Scallops Primavera
Deep sea scallops pan seared with tomatoes, onions and peppers in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta

Potato Crusted Arctic Char
Arctic Char is is a cold-water fish in the family Salmonidae, very similar to salmon, but with a more delicate texture and clean, mild flavor. Tonight we are preparing arctic char pan seared with a potato chip crust, presented over salt & pepper mashed potatoes with asparagus spears and a Cajun remoulade

Shrimp & Potato Pierogies
Jumbo shrimp pan seared and presented over three cheese potato pierogies, topped with Alfredo sauce and served with a vegetable medley

Sicilian Grilled Swordfish & Mussel
Fresh swordfish pan roasted with mussels, peppers, onion and scallions in a lemon butter sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
