Chicken & Garlic Kale over Pasta                                                                   

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with tomatoes, portobello mushrooms and braised kale in a garlic white wine sauce over pasta

Sautéed boneless chicken breast with tomatoes, artichoke hearts, scallions, basil and fresh pineapple in a garlic sherry sine sauce over pasta



Bistro Mozzarella & Basil Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak         

Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with vine ripe tomatoes, fresh basil and fresh mozzarella smothered with balsamic seared onions and a side twice baked potato



Shrimp & Crabmeat Primavera                                             

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with surimi crab meat and mixed vegetables tossed with pasta in a lite blush alfredo sauce
