Dinner Features May 19th, 2017


Coconut Curry Chicken                                               

Sautéed chicken breast strips tossed with peppers, onions and mushrooms over white steamed rice and finished with raisins, coconut and scallions 



Caprese Chicken            

Pan seared chicken layered with fresh mozzarella, garden tomatoes and fresh basil over mashed potatoes and topped with crispy onions  



Grilled Stockyard Steak                                                            

Seasoned and grilled stockyard sirloin steak served with garlic mashed, A1 onions and mushrooms with a side of buttered asparagus



Oyster Cracker Scallops                                                                                    

Pan seared deep sea scallops over mashed potatoes and cream spinach then topped with an oyster cracker topping



Linguini and White Clam                                                  

Steamed little neck clams with onion, garlic and parmesan cheese in a clam and butter sauce over linguini pasta



Blackened Salmon                                                                  

Pan seared salmon over pesto mashed potatoes and asparagus finished with chipotle aioli and finished with a char tomato and red onion marmalade



Shrimp Primavera                                                            
Pan seared jumbo shrimp married with yellow squash, zucchini, bell peppers and vine ripe tomatoes in an alfredo sauce over pasta



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                  

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter



Fish Fry                                                                                                   

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
