Dinner Features May 14


Mandarin Orange Chicken
Lightly breaded boneless chicken breast tossed with peppers, onions and scallions in a mandarin orange sauce, served over vegetable fried rice

Buffalo Chicken Plate
Tender pieces of buffalo sauced chicken breast presented over home fries and macaroni salad, finished with crumbly bleu cheese

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with sautéed mushrooms and onions, asparagus spears and mashed potatoes   

Tomato Garlic Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with charred tomatoes, onions and roasted garlic in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta

Salmon Florentine
Fresh salmon filet pan roasted and served over garlic mashed potatoes, finished with bacon, artichokes and spinach

Banana Pepper Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with banana peppers, bell peppers and onions in a spicy white wine sauce, served over Cajun yellow rice  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
