Dinner Features April 30

Chicken & Biscuits
Boneless chicken breast with a crisp breading served over mashed potatoes, topped with Hodge Podge gravy and served with cheddar biscuits

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, served with garlic parmesan frites and buttered broccoli

Loco Mooco
Pan seared beef patty served over vegetable fried rice and smothered in brown gravy, topped with a sunny side up egg and fried onion

Zucchini Shrimp Mousse
Jumbo shrimp pan roasted and paired with fried zucchini topped with a surimi crab mousse and chipotle aioli

Scallops Newburg
Deep sea scallops pan seared and topped with a sherry tomato cream sauce, served over white steamed rice  

 Salmon Abruzzi
Pan seared salmon served over mashed potatoes in a spinach, tomato, artichoke, caper sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
