Dinner Features April 2

Chicken & Wild Mushrooms
Boneless chicken breast strips pan seared with scallions, button, shiitake and portobello mushrooms in a rosemary cream sauce, served over wild Minnesota rice 

Red Hot Chicken
Boneless chicken breast breaded and pan fried served over a loaded ham and potato cake in a pool of Frank’s Red Hot® and bleu cheese

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with chipotle mayonnaise and presented with a salt crusted baked potato and broccoli   

Southwestern Scallops
Deep sea scallops blackened and served with a crispy jalapeño macaroni and cheese ball served in a Cajun cream sauce with black bean salsa    

Shrimp & Broccoli
Jumbo garlic sautéed shrimp with broccoli, tomatoes and onions in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta   

BLT Salmon
Fresh salmon filet seasoned and pan seared, served over mashed potatoes and layered over lemon romaine, charred tomatoes and bacon chips

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
