Chicken Cacciatore
Boneless chicken breast pan roasted with mushrooms, olives, peppers and onions in a rosemary red wine tomato sauce, served over white rice   

Buffalo Garbage Plate
Boneless chicken breast breaded and deep fried, served with macaroni salad and home fries, finished with a buffalo wing meat hot sauce, onions and bleu cheese 

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with A1® onions and mushrooms and served with potatoes O’Brien and buttered asparagus

Scallops Florentine
Deep sea scallops pan seared and served in a crusty bread boat filled with a creamy spinach and artichoke dip with a toasted oyster cracker topping

Potato Crusted Snapper
Fresh Red Snapper filet pan seared in a potato crust, presented over a charred onion and tomato mashed with fresh streamed broccoli and Tabasco® onions

Chorizo Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo sausage, beefsteak tomatoes, peppers and onions served over white seasoned rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
