Dinner Features April 27th, 2017

Coconut Curry Chicken       

Sautéed boneless chicken breast strips with peppers, onions, mushrooms and scallions in a sweet yellow curry sauce over white rice and garnished with coconut, bananas and raisins  

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak                                                                                                                                    

Hickory marinated Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak char grilled and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus then finished with a spicy barbeque sauce   

Grilled Swordfish Caesar                                                                                  

Fresh swordfish char grilled and served over kalamata olive and roasted red pepper mashed potatoes topped with finely chopped Caesar salad and crustinis

Jerked Scallops                                                                                                       

Jerk seasoned deep sea scallops pan seared and presented over scallion white rice, and grilled peppers and onions     

Festive Shrimp                                                               

Pan seared jumbo shrimp tossed with pineapple, peppers and onions in a lemon lime butter sauce

Loco Moco                                                                             

Ham and onion fried white rice topped with a ¼ beef patty, brown gravy, crispy onions and finished a sunny side up egg.  

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                 

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
