Dinner Features April 6th, 2017


Appetizer:

Jalapeno Mac and Cheese Ball                                                                          

Jalapeno macaroni and cheese ball deep fried golden brown served in a pool of sriracha cream sauce

Entrees:

Buffalo Chicken           

Breaded boneless chicken breast pieces tossed in a mild buffalo sauce over blue cheese mashed potatoes and garlicky broccoli



Hunan Stir Fry Chicken          

Stir fried chicken with peppers, onions, mushrooms and scallions over white rice



Grilled Stockyard Steak                                                                                                                                

Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, served with garlic parmesan fries and broccoli



Blackened Scallops                                                                                      

Deep sea scallops blackened served over cajun mashed potatoes and a cream corn sauce    



Shrimp Greco                                                                   

Pan seared jumbo shrimp tossed with bacon, artichokes and spinach in a cream sauce over pasta  



Grilled Swordfish                                                              

Marinated and grilled swordfish with pesto mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables finished with an olive tapenade butter



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                           

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
