Dinner Features April 10

Chicken Waffle Sandwich
Boneless chicken breast pan fried with a panko breading and topped with bacon, Swiss cheese and honey mustard between two Belgian waffles served with a side of potato salad

Sesame Chicken
Boneless chicken breast in a crisp tempura batter tossed in a sweet and spicy orange sauce, served with steamed broccoli over vegetable fried rice   

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, served with garlic ranch fries and broccoli   

Scallops & Clams
Deep sea scallops pan seared and tossed with clams, bacon and onions in a seafood broth, served over pasta     

Barbeque Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with barbeque sauce presented over a barley, split pea and lentil Cassoulet and topped with a hickory barbeque sauce    

Pesto Swordfish
Fresh swordfish pan seared and rubbed with pesto, served with roasted red pepper mashed potatoes and topped with a kalamata olive tapenade

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
