Dinner Features April 3


Chicken Stroganoff
Boneless chicken breast strips pan seared with a trio of mushrooms in a rosemary cream sauce, served egg noodles and topped with toasted bread crumbs  

Adobo Chicken
Boneless chicken breast with adobo seasonings served over mashed potatoes and layered with peppers and onions in a spicy supreme sauce

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with bacon mashed and broccoli topped with lemon garlic aioli   

Beef Brisket Hero
Barbeque beef brisket topped with Swiss cheese, cole slaw, onion rings and bacon honey mustard aioli served on a toasted hoagie roll with a side of pickle and mustard potato salad   

Scallops Asiago
Deep sea scallops and smoked ham tossed with spinach and caramelized onions in an asiago cream sauce, served over mashed potatoes    

Shrimp Fra Diablo Blanco
Jumbo shrimp garlic sautéed in a spicy white barbeque sauce with peppers and onions, served over pasta

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared and served over grilled pineapple with pesto mashed potatoes and tobasco onions  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
