Dinner Features April 20th, 2017

Kung Pow Chicken                 

Garlic seared boneless chicken tossed in mushrooms, onions, peppers and broccoli in a orange hoisin sauce over white vegetable rice

Chicken Stroganoff                   

Sautéed tender boneless chicken breast in onions, shitake & portobello & button mushrooms in a garlic cream sauce over egg noodles and finished with oyster cracker herb bread crumbs

Grilled Stockyard Steak                                                                                                                                                    

Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak char grilled and served with garlic parmesan french fries, broccoli and sautéed mushrooms and onions

Scallops Alexander                                                                                        

Deep sea scallops pan seared with artichokes, surimi crab, bacon and spinach in a feta cream sauce over pasta  

Pepper Shrimp                                                     

Jumbo shrimp sautéed and tossed in peppers, onions and scallions over soy ginger marinated needles in an Asian brown sauce

Broiled Mahi Mahi                                                            

Broiled Mahi in lemon pepper and white wine served over vegetable fried rice and broccoli  

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                     

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
