Chicken Taglia Tele Verda 

Sautéed boneless chicken breast with mushrooms, onions, ham and spinach tossed with pasta in a light alfredo sauce

Mixed Grille                                                

Stuffed chicken breast with spinach, artichoke hearts and goat cheese served with fresh salmon over asparagus and side of rice

Grilled Stockyard Steak                                                                                                                                                 

Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with caramelized onions, mushrooms and melted asiago cheese with a twice baked potato and garlic bread    

Ginger Coconut Scallops                                                                        

Deep sea scallops sautéed with shitake mushrooms, artichoke hearts and apples in a sherry ginger coconut cream sauce  

Shrimp Chorizo over Rice                                                   

Sautéed jumbo shrimp with peppers, onions, tomatoes, corn, black beans and spinach in a spicy garlic white wine sauce over rice finished with tortilla chips

Fresh Broiled Mahi Mahi                                                    

Fresh Mahi Mahi filet broiled and served over grilled vegetables with a side of rice and topped with a sundried tomato cream sauce  

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                    
            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
