Dinner Features April 11

Chicken Basil
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms, roasted red peppers and zucchini in a garlic white wine sauce with fresh basil, served over pasta   

Stuffed Mediterranean Oven Roasted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives and feta cheese oven roasted and topped with a basil cream sauce, presented over pasta    

Sicilian Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, presented over garlic bread, topped with sautéed mushrooms & onions and melted asiago cheese, served with a twice baked potato

Scallops Italian
Deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a garlic basil white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh spinach, mushrooms and onions in a lemon garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese

Pan Seared Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in lemon and white wine topped with a tomato lentil relish and served over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
