Romaine tossed with a creamy Greek Goddess dressing, topped with red and green peppers, red onions and feta cheese finished with pita croutons and grilled chicken

Boneless chicken breast in a crisp tempura batter served over vegetable fried rice with fresh steamed broccoli

Heouvos Con Flamingo
Pan seared beef sirloin medallions over a three cheese quesadilla finished with fried eggs, salsa, cheddar cheese and lime cilantro crème fraiche

Scallops & Bacon Alfredo
Deep sea scallops pan roasted with bacon, chorizo sausage and caramelized onions in an Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Coconut Bang Bang Shrimp
Jumbo coconut dusted shrimp served over sriracha mashed potatoes with barbeque onion rings and cinnamon wontons
