Blackened Herb Crust Chicken Alfredo
Blackened herb crusted boneless chicken breast presented over sriracha Alfredo and topped with a red sweet pepper Creole sauce     

Stuffed Chicken Aglio Olio
Boneless chicken breast stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives and feta cheese oven roasted and presented over pasta tossed with garlic oil and white wine

Bistro Cafe Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with vine ripe tomatoes, fresh basil and fresh mozzarella cheese drizzled with rosemary balsamic oil and served with a twice baked potato

Scallops Portobello
Deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a Marsala garlic demi glace, served with a side of rice pilaf

Tarragon Shrimp Vegetable Medley
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with yellow squash, tomatoes, onions, roasted red peppers and broccoli in a sherry Dijon tarragon sauce, tossed with pasta

Fresh salmon French over asparagus paired with mahi mahi broiled in lemon and white wine, topped with a goat cheese pecan butter, served with a side of tomato lentil pilaf

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
