Dinner Features April 23

Hunan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast strips stir fried with broccoli, scallions, peppers and onions in an orange sweet and sour sauce, over fried rice    

Chicken Caprese
Boneless chicken breast pan seared and layered with tomatoes, smoked ham and fresh mozzarella cheese served over garlic mashed potatoes with a balsamic drizzle and asparagus aioli  

Grilled Sirloin Medallions
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order, served with fresh steamed broccoli and bleu cheese potato salad

Scallops Bruschetta
Deep sea scallops pan seared and tossed with grape tomatoes, garlic and basil in a white wine lemon butter sauce, served over pasta  

Blackened Snapper
Fresh Red Snapper filet pan roasted with blackening spices and served over mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables, topped with chipotle mayonnaise  

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed and tossed with onion, garlic and lemon in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
