Dinner Features Sunday 9th April

Chicken Caprese Pan seared chicken breast stacked with beef steak tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil with buttered mashed potatoes. 

Bacon Ranch Chicken Breaded chicken breast topped with bacon, swiss, tomatoes and lettuce served with sriracha mashed potatoes and a house made ranch dressing.  

Mushroom Onion Stockyard Steak Char grilled Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak with mashed potatoes, tempura broccoli and A1 seasoned mushrooms/onions.

Lemon Cream Sea Scallops Sautéed Sea Scallops over a crab and cheese cannelloni with fresh asparagus, finished with a lemon scented cream sauce.    

Pineapple Coconut Shrimp Pan seared jumbo shrimp with a yellow seasoned, raisin, coconut rice and pineapple salsa.   

Grilled Swordfish Marinated Grilled swordfish over chilled legumes and barley with a tomato, cucumber salad tossed with Italian dressing.

Chili Salmon Chilled vegetable pasta salad topped with a pan seared chili-honey Salmon filet, served with crisp potato chips.  

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
